Prerequisites
Engineer to work out a lift analysis which will be based on the following points.
Lift Analysis of 32 inch Spools. The spool weight are assumed to be 58-60 Tons dry, we will wet store the spools with Blind flanges on the seabed using a DP 2 Crane barge, Once on the seabed we will need the lift bag arrangement to be calculated based on the capped ends on and with them off .i.e flooded and un- flooded condition.
This arrangement will also be applicable for the 4 inch spools but these are relatively very light
A QC document which will incorporate checking of the spools with regard to the isometric drawings that will follow the Meteorology at the fabrication yard.
Load out of the material barge and sea fastenings required, temp support fabrication drawings.
